What you are buying

One thing. The Shortlist Fix Pack ($497, one time) is a practice-specific implementation package: a documented set of AI observations across four treatments, an analysis of them, the corrected pages and structured data those findings call for, and instructions written so that you — or your own AI tool, or your web person — can install them. You run it. We do not access your website or your accounts, and anything requiring third-party authorisation is placed in an explicit action queue rather than done silently.

The Patient Shortlist Check is free and carries no obligation. There is no subscription, no retainer and no second purchase after the Fix Pack.

What we do not promise

We do not and cannot guarantee that any AI platform will recommend your practice, that a ranking will improve, that patient volume or revenue will increase, or that results observed at one time will hold at another. AI recommendations are produced by independent third parties we do not control.

Our guarantee

If we cannot deliver the documented testing, the competitive analysis and a clear evidence-backed priority plan, we refund the report. If a Fix Pack cannot be loaded into Claude or Claude Code and pass our implementation-readiness checks, we correct the package at no charge. The guarantee is on our work, not on third-party AI behaviour.

Accuracy and your facts

Reports and Fix Packs state facts about your practice that came from you or from an authoritative public source. Anything we could not verify is labelled as requiring your verification rather than asserted. You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you supply and for approving any medical, credential or pricing statement before it is published.

Implementation

Changes made to your website, business profiles or third-party listings — by you, your team, or an AI tool you run — are yours. The Fix Pack is instructions and content; it does not access your accounts. Anything requiring third-party authorisation is placed in an explicit action queue.

Refunds and the 30-day guarantee

Run your free Patient Shortlist Check again 30 days after installing the Fix Pack. If your Shortlist Presence Grade has not improved on the same treatment and market the original check used, email support@aestheticshortlist.com with both result links and we refund the purchase in full.

What is guaranteed is that refund, not the behaviour of any AI platform. We do not control what ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or Grok recommend, and nothing here should be read as a promise that they will recommend you. The guarantee is on our work and on our own policy. It is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

Acceptable use

You may use a report and a Fix Pack for the practice they were produced for, including sharing them with your own team or vendors. They may not be resold or redistributed as a product.
